Responsibility
- Lead design and execution of molecular biology experiments, translating scientific concepts into viable products.
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams, ensuring timely achievement of research milestones.
- Develop and optimize protocols for recombinant protein expression, purification, and analysis.
- Mentor and train junior scientists, fostering a high-performance research culture.
- Author scientific reports, publications, patents, and regulatory documentation.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and propose strategies for innovation and commercialization.
- Present data and recommendations to internal stakeholders and external partners.
Qualification
- Ph.D. in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on research experience in a biotechnology or pharmaceutical environment.
- Expertise in molecular and cellular biology techniques (PCR, CRISPR, NGS, protein assays).
- Strong project management and leadership skills, with a proven ability to deliver results.
- Experience with regulatory compliance and scientific documentation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated innovation through patents, publications, or successful product launches.
