Responsibility
- Design, conduct, and optimize advanced biotechnology research experiments.
- Lead cross-functional project teams on new bioproduct development.
- Analyze complex data sets using molecular, biochemical, and computational methods.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, presentations, and peer-reviewed publications.
- Mentor and supervise junior scientists and research associates.
- Collaborate with industry partners and stakeholders to advance commercial applications.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Continually monitor advancements in the biotechnology field and assess adoption opportunities.
Qualification
- Ph.D. in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related field.
- 5+ years' postdoctoral or industry experience in biological research.
- Expertise in molecular biology techniques (PCR, CRISPR, cloning).
- Strong record of scientific publications and/or patents.
- Leadership experience managing scientific teams and projects.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to translate research into commercial applications.
- Familiarity with GMP/GLP and regulatory compliance.
