NovaBio Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Research Scientist to lead cellular biology programs in a fast-paced biotech environment. The role focuses on designing and executing experiments in cell culture, molecular biology, and assay development to drive translational research and product development. You will collaborate with cross functional teams, publish findings, and mentor junior scientists.

Responsibility
- Design and execute cellular and molecular biology experiments to support drug discovery and development
- Lead a small team of scientists; mentor junior staff
- Develop and validate assays including qPCR, ELISA, flow cytometry
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate findings to in vivo models
- Analyze data, prepare technical reports and contribute to publications
- Maintain compliant documentation and contribute to SOPs
- Present findings at internal seminars and external conferences
Qualification
- PhD in Biology, Biochemistry, or related field; MSc with 5+ years of relevant experience acceptable
- 7+ years hands-on experience in cell culture and molecular biology
- Expertise with CRISPR, cloning, qPCR, Western blot, ELISA
- Experience leading projects and mentoring team members
- Strong data analysis skills and proficiency with GraphPad Prism or R
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of GLP/GMP guidelines and lab safety
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
