Join ApexGuard Risk Solutions as a Senior Risk Manager, leading the design and execution of enterprise risk programs for a fast-growing financial services firm. You will partner with executive leadership to identify, quantify, and mitigate strategic, financial, and operational risks, ensuring robust governance and regulatory alignment across the organization.

Responsibility
- Lead enterprise risk assessments, develop risk appetite statements, and maintain risk dashboards for executive leadership.
- Design, implement, and monitor risk controls, policies, and governance processes across functions.
- Quantify financial and operational risks using quantitative and qualitative methods; provide scenario analysis and stress testing.
- Collaborate with Compliance, Internal Audit, and CRO to ensure regulatory and internal policy alignment.
- Drive risk-aware decision making by delivering clear, actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
- Oversee third-party/vendor risk programs, including due diligence and ongoing monitoring.
- Lead incident response planning, business continuity, and disaster recovery exercises.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing risk team, promoting best practices in risk management and data storytelling.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced risk credential (FRM, PRM, etc.) preferred.
- Minimum 7-10 years of progressive risk management experience in financial services or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of risk governance, regulatory requirements (SAS 70, SOX, Dodd-Frank, Basel III, GDPR/CCPA as applicable).
- Proven ability to build and run risk models, dashboards, and scenario analyses; proficient in SQL, Python, or R.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to translate complex risk insights to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with vendor risk management, business continuity, and incident response.
- Self-starter with strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and high ethical standards.
