We seek a results-driven Senior Scientist to lead experimental programs, ensure data integrity, and collaborate across R&D and manufacturing to advance our pipeline toward clinical development.

Responsibility
- Lead design and execution of cell-based assays to support therapeutic program development.
- Develop and validate analytical assays (ELISA, qPCR, flow cytometry) ensuring accuracy and reproducibility.
- Oversee GMP-compliant laboratory activities and maintain audit-ready documentation.
- Mentor and manage junior scientists, technicians, and interns in experimental protocols and safety practices.
- Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and regulatory teams to translate discovery findings into scalable processes.
- Optimize workflows, implement process improvements, and drive data quality and throughput.
- Analyze complex datasets, generate technical reports, and present findings to cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to IP development, grant writing, and strategic planning for program advancement.
Qualification
- PhD in Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, or related field; or Master’s degree with 5+ years of industry experience.
- Strong expertise in cell culture, molecular biology, and analytical assay development (ELISA, qPCR, flow cytometry).
- Proven track record in GMP/GLP environments and laboratory compliance.
- Experience leading projects from concept to data-driven decisions; excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (GraphPad Prism, R, Python) and statistical methods.
- Excellent written and oral communication; ability to present complex data succinctly to diverse audiences.
- Collaborative mindset with mentorship experience and a proactive, results-oriented approach.
