You will lead high-profile engagements, synthesize cross-functional data, and deliver practical roadmaps that translate vision into measurable results. This is a client-facing, hands-on role that blends strategic thinking with rigorous analysis and exceptional collaboration.

Responsibility
- Lead complex strategy engagements from discovery to implementation, ensuring value delivery and client satisfaction.
- Diagnose client challenges using structured problem solving and data-driven insights.
- Develop actionable business cases, financial models, and roadmaps aligned with strategic objectives.
- Facilitate executive workshops, synthesize findings, and present clear recommendations to C-level stakeholders.
- Co-create transformation plans with detailed benefit realization tracking and ROI forecasts.
- Oversee project governance, timelines, budgets, risk management, and quality assurance; mentor junior consultants.
- Contribute to business development by shaping proposals, scoping engagements, and expanding client relationships.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in management or strategy consulting, or equivalent in corporate strategy or transformation roles.
- Proven track record delivering strategic recommendations with tangible business impact across industries.
- Strong financial modeling, data analysis, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills; comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; willingness to travel for client engagements as required.
- Collaborative mindset with coaching and mentoring experience for junior team members.
