In this role, you will blend rigorous quantitative analysis with practical, market-ready recommendations. You will lead client workshops, manage cross-functional teams, and translate insights into actionable roadmaps that unlock measurable value.

Responsibility
- Lead and design strategic engagements for mid-market to large enterprise clients across industries.
- Conduct market, competitive, and financial analysis to identify growth and efficiency opportunities.
- Develop and present client-ready strategies, business cases, and execution roadmaps.
- Facilitate workshops with C-suite and senior stakeholders to align on objectives and priorities.
- Manage project timelines, workstreams, and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.
- Lead financial modeling, scenario planning, and KPI tracking to quantify impact.
- Provide thought leadership on change management, operating model design, and performance measurement.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- 5+ years of management consulting or strategy/operational advisory experience.
- Proven ability to lead client-facing engagements and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Strong analytical toolkit: financial modeling, Excel/Sheets, data visualization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluency in English with strong storytelling ability.
- Experience with change management, process optimization, and operating model design.
- Willingness to travel 20-30% as required by client engagements.
