Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain planning, including demand forecasting, S&OP, inventory optimization, and capacity planning across multiple regions.
- Develop and execute procurement strategies, supplier selection, negotiation, contract management, and supplier risk mitigation.
- Partner with manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics teams to optimize order fulfillment, transportation, and distribution networks for on-time delivery and cost efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPI) and lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent methodologies.
- Lead cross-functional projects (ERP implementations, system integrations, or process redesigns) to improve data accuracy and supply chain visibility.
- Manage supplier performance, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, sustainability goals, and ethical sourcing across all suppliers.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing, technology, or e-commerce environments.
- Strong expertise in demand planning, S&OP, inventory optimization, procurement, and logistics.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills; proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Certifications such as CPIM, CSCP, or Lean Six Sigma are a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment in Singapore; strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
