We seek a strategic, data-driven Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives that reduce cost, improve service levels, and accelerate growth.
What you’ll do:
- Own end-to-end supply chain strategy, aligning procurement, planning, production, and logistics to business goals.
- Lead demand planning and inventory strategies to balance service levels with working capital efficiency.
- Oversee procurement and supplier relationship management to secure competitive pricing and reliable supply.
- Optimize logistics networks, transportation modes, and last-mile execution for cost and speed.
- Develop and monitor KPIs (on-time delivery, fill rate, inventory turns, cost per unit, etc.) and drive data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate with Product, Manufacturing, and Sales to translate demand signals into actionable operations plans.
- Manage a high-performing team, mentor stakeholders, and lead strategic projects with measurable impact.
- Implement best-in-class processes, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma).
Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive supply chain strategy that supports growth and profitability.
- Forecast demand, manage inventory, and balance service levels with working capital.
- Lead sourcing and supplier management to ensure quality, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Design and optimize logistics networks, warehousing, and transportation plans.
- Establish and track performance metrics; report to executive leadership with actionable insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align operations with commercial and product roadmaps.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and manage change across the supply chain ecosystem.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive supply chain experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven expertise in ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and advanced analytics tools (Excel, SQL, ERP analytics).
- Strong project management and leadership capabilities; ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to optimize inventory, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
- Analytical thinker with a results-driven mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and change management.
