You will partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations to translate demand signals into executable supply plans that optimize working capital and service levels.

Responsibility

  • Develop and own the end-to-end supply chain plan, including demand forecasting, S&OP, and inventory optimization.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across Procurement, Manufacturing, and Logistics to translate strategic goals into actionable execution plans.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive data-driven decisions to improve service levels and total cost to serve.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma) to reduce waste and cycle times.
  • Collaborate with IT to implement and optimize ERP/SAP modules and advanced analytics for forecasting and network design.
  • Manage supplier performance, risk, and relationship development to ensure resilient supply chains.
  • Lead talent development, coach a growing team, and promote a culture of accountability and excellence.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain planning, procurement, logistics, or operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience with S&OP processes, demand planning, inventory optimization, and network design.
  • Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and advanced analytics tools; experience with SQL and data visualization is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence cross-functional teams at all levels.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving cost-to-serve improvements and service level optimization.
  • Project management mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
