This is a strategic, hands-on role designed for a results-driven professional who can align demand, supply, and logistics to deliver superior customer service while reducing total costs.
In this role you will own core planning processes, lead cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvements across procurement, production, and distribution networks. You will partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations to translate demand signals into executable supply plans that optimize working capital and service levels.

Responsibility
- Develop and own the end-to-end supply chain plan, including demand forecasting, S&OP, and inventory optimization.
- Lead cross-functional teams across Procurement, Manufacturing, and Logistics to translate strategic goals into actionable execution plans.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive data-driven decisions to improve service levels and total cost to serve.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma) to reduce waste and cycle times.
- Collaborate with IT to implement and optimize ERP/SAP modules and advanced analytics for forecasting and network design.
- Manage supplier performance, risk, and relationship development to ensure resilient supply chains.
- Lead talent development, coach a growing team, and promote a culture of accountability and excellence.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain planning, procurement, logistics, or operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience with S&OP processes, demand planning, inventory optimization, and network design.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and advanced analytics tools; experience with SQL and data visualization is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence cross-functional teams at all levels.
- Demonstrated track record of driving cost-to-serve improvements and service level optimization.
- Project management mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
