Job description
Join our fast growing organization as a Senior Supply Chain Manager. You will lead end to end supply chain planning, procurement, and distribution for multiple product lines. This role requires strategic thinking, hands on execution, and a strong focus on cost optimization and service excellence. You will collaborate with cross functional teams including procurement, manufacturing, logistics, IT, and finance to drive improvements across the supply chain. Proficiency with SAP or Oracle ERP, data analytics, and advanced Excel is highly preferred.
Responsibility
- Lead end to end supply chain planning from demand to delivery, ensuring on time fulfillment and high service levels.
- Own S&OP process design and execution, including demand forecasting, capacity planning, and inventory optimization.
- Optimize inventory levels and safety stock across multiple warehouses and product lines.
- Collaborate with procurement and supplier management to secure reliable, cost effective supply and negotiate favorable terms.
- Drive continuous improvement through KPI dashboards, root cause analysis, and cross functional initiatives.
- Manage complex logistics networks, transportation modes, and carrier performance to minimize lead times and cost.
- Lead and develop a high performing supply chain team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field; MBA or MS preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or logistics.
- Strong experience with S&OP, demand planning, inventory optimization, and capacity planning.
- Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle; experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
- Demonstrated supplier relationship management, negotiation, and cost reduction achievements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, data driven environment; strong project management skills.
