Responsibility
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for engineering and back-office functions, delivering a high-quality candidate experience at scale.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, write compelling job descriptions, and design effective sourcing strategies.
- Source, screen, interview, and present top candidates; coordinate interviews and assessments with technical teams.
- Manage applicant tracking, pipeline development, and offer negotiations to secure the best talent.
- Drive high-volume recruitment campaigns and campus partnerships to build a robust talent pool.
- Monitor recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies; oversee onboarding and documentation processes.
Qualification
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; 5+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, preferably with engineering and/or tech roles.
- Proven success in high-volume recruitment, sourcing, and recruitment marketing; strong knowledge of ATS and data analytics.
- Excellent interviewing and assessment skills; ability to evaluate technical competencies and cultural fit.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; capable of influencing senior leaders and managing competing priorities.
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and compliance; experience with offer management and onboarding processes.
- Proficiency in sourcing techniques, including social media recruiting, referrals, and campus partnerships; familiarity with engineering roles is a plus.
- Adaptable, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines.
