Responsibility

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for engineering and back-office functions, delivering a high-quality candidate experience at scale.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, write compelling job descriptions, and design effective sourcing strategies.
  • Source, screen, interview, and present top candidates; coordinate interviews and assessments with technical teams.
  • Manage applicant tracking, pipeline development, and offer negotiations to secure the best talent.
  • Drive high-volume recruitment campaigns and campus partnerships to build a robust talent pool.
  • Monitor recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) and implement process improvements.

Qualification
