Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end video production from conception to delivery for film, commercial, and digital projects.
- Collaborate closely with directors, editors, and creative teams to ensure vision alignment and quality standards.
- Supervise on-set operations, manage crews, assign tasks, and oversee post-production workflows.
- Develop and manage production budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure seamless execution.
- Source and negotiate contracts with vendors, talent, and freelance creatives as needed.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, integrating new technologies and creative techniques into projects.
- Secure permits, troubleshoot challenges on location, and ensure safety compliance throughout shoots.
- Maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience producing high-caliber films, TV, or branded content.
- Exceptional project management and team leadership skills.
- Proficiency with camera systems, lighting, and modern editing software (Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
- Strong creative vision with impeccable attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience negotiating contracts and managing production budgets.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Portfolio showcasing diverse, impactful video projects.
