As a Senior Video Producer, you will collaborate with directors, writers, editors, and clients to shape creative briefs, assemble and manage production schedules, and ensure seamless delivery across multiple platforms. Responsibility

  • Oversee end‑to‑end video production for short films, commercials, and episodic content from concept to final delivery.
  • Collaborate with directors, writers, and clients to develop clear creative briefs and production plans.
  • Manage production calendars, budgets, and resources; negotiate with vendors and locations.
  • Directly supervise production teams, including producers, coordinators, camera crews, and post‑production staff.
  • Coordinate on‑set operations, safety protocols, and scheduling to ensure on‑time shoots.
  • Oversee post‑production workflow including editing, color, sound design, and music clearance.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, provide regular status updates, and ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Ensure final deliverables meet technical specs for broadcast, streaming, and social platforms.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • 5+ years of progressive production experience in film, television, or digital media.
