We are seeking a Senior Video Producer who can lead complex projects from concept through postâproduction, delivering cinematic work on time and on budget. This role blends creative direction with production management, requiring a strong eye for storytelling, leadership, and a handsâon approach to solving challenges on set and in the editing suite.
\nAs a Senior Video Producer, you will collaborate with directors, writers, editors, and clients to shape creative briefs, assemble and manage production schedules, and ensure seamless delivery across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate thrives in fastâpaced environments, excels at stakeholder communication, and brings a track record of producing highâquality film and video content.
\nLocation: Los Angeles, CA. This is a fullâtime onâsite role with occasional travel.
Responsibility
- Oversee endâtoâend video production for short films, commercials, and episodic content from concept to final delivery.
- Collaborate with directors, writers, and clients to develop clear creative briefs and production plans.
- Manage production calendars, budgets, and resources; negotiate with vendors and locations.
- Directly supervise production teams, including producers, coordinators, camera crews, and postâproduction staff.
- Coordinate onâset operations, safety protocols, and scheduling to ensure onâtime shoots.
- Oversee postâproduction workflow including editing, color, sound design, and music clearance.
- Maintain strong client relationships, provide regular status updates, and ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
- Ensure final deliverables meet technical specs for broadcast, streaming, and social platforms.
Qualification
- Bachelorâs degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of progressive production experience in film, television, or digital media.
- Proven track record of delivering multiâepisode or multiâscene productions on time and on budget.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with ability to motivate crossâfunctional crews.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; adept at client coordination and risk management.
- Proficiency with production software and postâproduction tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Budgeting, scheduling, and vendor negotiation experience; familiar with permits, insurance, and safety protocols.
- Willingness to travel for shoots and flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.
