  • Develop and manage production budgets, timelines, and risk assessments; monitor spend and optimize resources.
  • Coordinate casting, location scouting, permits, equipment, crew hiring, and vendor relations.
  • Oversee on-set production, safety, and compliance; ensure high-quality footage and efficient shoot days.
  • Manage post-production handoff, review cuts, and maintain communication with clients to secure approvals.
  • Maintain documentation, production reports, and asset delivery to clients and platforms.
  • Mentor junior producers and collaboratively improve production processes for faster turnarounds.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in film, media production, communications, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in film or video production, including branded content and commercials.
