Join AuroraFrame Productions as a Senior Video Producer in Los Angeles. You will lead end-to-end production for branded content, narrative short-form projects, and commercials, driving creative excellence from concept through final delivery. This role blends creative storytelling with tight project management, requires strong collaboration with directors, editors, and clients, and offers a path to influence high-profile campaigns.
Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end production from concept through delivery, including scheduling, budgeting, and on-set coordination.
- Collaborate with directors, DP, and editors to shape creative vision and ensure brand alignment.
- Develop and manage production budgets, timelines, and risk assessments; monitor spend and optimize resources.
- Coordinate casting, location scouting, permits, equipment, crew hiring, and vendor relations.
- Oversee on-set production, safety, and compliance; ensure high-quality footage and efficient shoot days.
- Manage post-production handoff, review cuts, and maintain communication with clients to secure approvals.
- Maintain documentation, production reports, and asset delivery to clients and platforms.
- Mentor junior producers and collaboratively improve production processes for faster turnarounds.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in film, media production, communications, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in film or video production, including branded content and commercials.
- Proven ability to manage multi-day shoots, budgets, and cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of production tools and software (Shot Planning, StudioBinder, Frame.io, Adobe Suite).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and safety compliance on set.
- Portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns, narrative pieces, and collaborative productions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends as needed.
