Responsibility
- Lead all phases of film and video production, including pre-production, shoot management, and post-production workflows
- Collaborate with directors, scriptwriters, editors, and crew to deliver outstanding visual narratives
- Develop production schedules, manage budgets, and ensure on-time project delivery
- Oversee casting, location scouting, permits, and logistics
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and creative vision
- Manage client communications and feedback throughout the process
- Mentor and motivate junior production staff
- Stay updated on latest industry trends and technology
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, or a related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in video production or filmmaking
- Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-camera shoots
- Proficiency with video editing platforms (Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro)
- Strong communication, leadership, and client-relations skills
- Excellent organizational, budgeting, and scheduling abilities
- Portfolio of high-quality commercial, branded, or entertainment content
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
