Join Cinematic Edge Studios as a Senior Video Producer in Los Angeles. Lead multi-format film and video projects from concept to delivery, collaborating with top-tier creatives and clients.
This role blends creative direction with strategic project management to produce compelling content for brands, studios, and campaigns. You will drive production planning, on set operation, and postproduction coordination to ensure every project meets the highest standards of storytelling and technical excellence.
Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end production from concept to delivery for broadcast, streaming, and digital platforms
- Oversee budget planning, scheduling, and resource allocation; manage cost controls
- Collaborate with directors, cinematographers, editors, and clients to ensure creative alignment
- Coordinate on-set operations, safety, permits, and logistics for location shoots
- Manage post-production workflow, including editing, color, sound, and VFX coordination
- Ensure deliverables meet technical specs, branding guidelines, and client expectations
- Mentor junior producers, coordinators, and interns; foster a collaborative production culture
Qualification
- Bachelor degree in Film, Communications, or related field or equivalent production experience
- 7+ years of professional production experience on multi-format projects (shorts, promos, branded content, and commercials)
- Proven track record managing end-to-end productions with budgets ranging from 150k to 1M+
- Strong budgeting, scheduling, and organizational skills with a data-driven approach
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities; ability to motivate cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with production software and tools such as StudioBinder, Frame.io, and Adobe Creative Suite
- On-set experience with familiarity of lighting, sound, and safety protocols; ability to travel as needed
