We are seeking a motivated Video Producer to orchestrate end-to-end productions from concept through delivery. This role blends creative collaboration with practical project management, ensuring every shoot meets our standards for narrative impact and on-time, on-budget delivery.

As a Video Producer, you will partner with directors, DP, editors, and clients to develop compelling concepts, coordinate pre-production, manage schedules and budgets, and supervise on-set operations. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring a proactive, solutions-driven approach to every project.

What you will do is essential to our storytelling pipeline, helping brands and creators realize their vision with cinematic quality and efficiency.

Responsibility

  • Lead planning and production of multi-day shoots from concept to delivery.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, crew recruitment, and vendor relationships.
  • Collaborate with editors, colorists, and sound designers to ensure post-production alignment with creative intent.
  • Scout locations, secure permits, and ensure safety and compliance on set.
  • Create production roadmaps, shot lists, and call sheets; track milestones and risk.
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders; provide progress updates and deliverables oversight.
  • Ensure final deliverables meet technical specs for broadcast, streaming, and social platforms.

Qualification

  • 2+ years as a producer or junior producer in film, TV, or digital video production.
  • Strong understanding of production lifecycle, budgeting, scheduling, and on-set operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • Proficiency with production software and tools (Celtx, Frame.io, Shot Lister) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
  • Experience with on-set safety and compliance.
  • Ability to translate scripts or treatments into actionable production plans.
  • Creative storytelling mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
