Creativism is seeking an ambitious SEO Specialist to join our team in Yogyakarta (onsite). As a core member of our marketing squad, you will drive organic growth for our brand and client projects by designing data-driven SEO strategies, optimizing content, and improving site performance. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of hands-on experience, is proficient with Ahrefs, Google Analytics 4, and Google Search Console, and is passionate about staying ahead of the latest search trends. This role is based in Sleman, DI Yogyakarta, and operates onsite (WFO Jogja).

In this position, you will own the end-to-end SEO lifecycle—from discovery and keyword research to technical audits, on-page optimization, and content strategy alignment. You will work closely with content writers, developers, and marketing teammates to ensure SEO best practices are embedded in product launches, blog posts, landing pages, and campaigns. You will monitor performance with GA4, GSC, and Ahrefs dashboards, extract insights, and recommend tests to improve visibility and conversion.

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute data-driven SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and rankings across client and internal sites.
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research and optimize on-page content, metadata, URLs, and internal linking.
  • Analyze site performance with GA4, Google Search Console, and Ahrefs to generate actionable insights and weekly/monthly reports.
  • Lead technical SEO audits and fix issues related to crawlability, site speed, mobile usability, and structured data.
  • Optimize on-page elements, including meta titles, headers, image alt text, schema markup, and canonicalization.
  • Build and manage high-quality backlink profiles through outreach, content creation, and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with content, product, and development teams to align SEO with content strategy and product launches.
  • Monitor KPIs, create clear dashboards, and present performance updates to stakeholders.

Qualification

  • 1-2 years of hands-on SEO experience with a track record of ranking improvements and traffic growth.
  • Proficiency with Ahrefs, GA4, Google Search Console, and other industry tools.
  • Strong keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and content strategy skills.
  • Experience with WordPress or other CMS; basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
