Responsibility

  • Welcome customers to the service desk, assess needs, and book appointments efficiently.
  • Provide accurate vehicle maintenance recommendations and upsell services where appropriate.
  • Process service orders, coordinate with technicians, and ensure parts availability.

Qualification
