We are seeking a Service Advisor who will be the face of our service department, delivering professional, friendly, and solution-oriented support to every client. In this full-time role, you will greet customers, listen to vehicle concerns, capture service requirements, and present clear options and estimates. You will collaborate with technicians and service coordinators to prioritize repairs, schedule appointments, and ensure timely, safe, and accurate service delivery. Responsibility
- Greet and assist customers at the service counter, capturing vehicle information and concerns.
- Explain service options, prepare accurate estimates, and obtain customer approvals.
- Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and schedule appointments efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date service records in the CRM and manage documentation.
- Communicate timelines clearly, manage customer expectations, and follow up after service.
- Identify appropriate upsell opportunities while maintaining transparency and integrity.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and professional service environment that reflects the company’s standards.
- Collaborate with parts and service teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or automotive background preferred.
- Experience in service advisory or customer-facing roles in automotive or retail sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Indonesian; English is a plus.
- Ability to listen, diagnose, and explain vehicle service needs in clear terms.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and service-management software/CRM.
- Strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and a customer-first mindset.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and common service procedures.
- Team-oriented with a professional, courteous attitude and a passion for customer service.
