Responsibility
- Welcome customers and deliver friendly, proactive service to help them find products and make informed choices.
- Operate the cash register and POS system, process transactions accurately, and handle cash and card payments.
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards, including stock replenishment and shelf stocking.
- Assist with inventory control, stock checks, and receiving shipments.
- Answer product questions, upsell relevant items, and provide accurate product knowledge.
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve daily sales targets and deliver a positive shopping experience.
- Support store opening/closing procedures and ensure security and safety compliance.
Qualification
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or retail experience is a plus.
- Prior experience as a service crew, retail assistant, or customer service agent is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English; Malay is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and basic math skills for transactions.
- Positive attitude, reliability, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and store operations is advantageous.
