Private Advertiser is seeking a Service & Quality Executive (Admin) to provide end-to-end administrative support for our Card Centre. In this role, you will be a trusted partner to operations, ensuring that administrative processes are accurate, compliant, and efficient while sustaining the highest levels of service quality for our customers in Singapore.
As the Service & Quality Executive (Admin), you will coordinate daily office activities, manage documentation and records, and support the team with data entry, reporting, and process documentation. You will monitor key service quality metrics, assist in creating performance reports, and help drive continuous improvement initiatives that reduce cycle times, minimize errors, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities include scheduling, correspondence handling, and calendar coordination for the Card Centre, maintaining SOPs, and ensuring proper version control of policies. You will collaborate with risk, compliance, and operations teams to resolve issues, implement process improvements, and maintain data integrity while protecting sensitive information.

Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Card Centre, including documentation control, filing, and records management.
- Monitor service quality metrics, collect data, prepare performance reports, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate communications, schedule meetings, manage calendars, and handle travel arrangements as required.
- Maintain up-to-date process documentation and Standard Operating Procedures to ensure consistent operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including risk, compliance, and operations to address issues and implement improvements.
- Respond to routine inquiries from customers with professionalism; escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisor.
- Support on-boarding, training, and quality assurance activities for Card Centre staff.
- Ensure data accuracy and privacy compliance in all administrative tasks and card-related processes.
Qualification
- Diploma or degree in Business, Administration, or related field; equivalent experience also considered.
- 1-3 years of admin/clerical experience; experience in financial services or card operations is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data-entry / database skills.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; customer-service oriented mindset.
- Problem-solving attitude, reliability, and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Knowledge of privacy and data protection practices; willingness to learn and adapt to evolving processes.
- Eligibility to work in Singapore or valid work pass where applicable.
