We are looking for a skilled Shipping Executive to join our team at HR Focus. As a Shipping Executive in the trading industry, you will be responsible for coordinating shipping activities, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor shipments from suppliers to customers
- Ensure compliance with shipping regulations
- Communicate with vendors, freight forwarders, and internal teams
- Maintain shipping documentation and records
- Resolve any shipping-related issues or delays
Qualification
- Previous experience in shipping or logistics
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of shipping regulations and procedures
- Proficient in MS Office and shipping software
