Blackmores is seeking a results driven Shopper Marketing Manager in Malaysia to lead shopper centric executions across our key retail partners. This strategic role sits at the heart of trade marketing, translating shopper insights into compelling in store experiences, promotions, and activations that grow sales, elevate brand equity, and strengthen customer loyalty. You will partner with Sales, Marketing and Category teams to define and implement shopper programs that deliver measurable ROI while ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints in points of sale and online channels.
As the Shopper Marketing Manager, you will own the end to end shopper journey from awareness to purchase, shaping plans with retailers, retailers marketing teams and internal stakeholders. Responsibility
- Lead development and execution of shopper marketing strategies across key retailer accounts to boost sales and brand equity.
- Partner with Sales and Category teams to plan and implement shopper activations, promotions, and trade spend within budget.
- Analyze shopper insights, in store data, and retailer dashboards to identify opportunities and optimize programs.
- Manage creation and deployment of POS material and in store collateral to ensure brand consistency and impact.
- Collaborate on product launches and seasonal campaigns with cross functional teams for successful retail and online rollouts.
- Track and report program ROI, KPIs, and post campaign learnings; adjust tactics to maximize outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailer partners and internal stakeholders to align on objectives and deliver results.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- 5+ years of shopper marketing, trade marketing, or retail marketing experience in FMCG, ideally within Malaysia or the broader Southeast Asia region.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using shopper insights and data tools to drive decision making.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, calendars, and multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent cross functional collaboration and stakeholder management with the ability to influence without authority.
- Experience with POSM development, retailer portals, and activation measurement tools.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Malay is a plus.
