You will diagnose, repair, and refurbish smartphones and other mobile devices, ensuring high-quality workmanship and timely service for customers in Jakarta Pusat and surrounding areas. Responsibility
- Diagnose hardware and software issues on smartphones and other mobile devices using diagnostic tools and software.
- Disassemble and reassemble devices safely, replacing components such as screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, and speakers.
- Perform micro-soldering, phone board repairs, and calibration as needed to restore full functionality.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality control to ensure devices meet performance and warranty standards.
- Maintain accurate repair logs, update customer records, and manage inventory of spare parts.
- Communicate repair estimates, timelines, and post-repair care guidance to customers.
- Adhere to safety, data privacy, and warranty policies while handling devices and customer information.
Qualification
- Proven hands-on experience as a smartphone technician or in a similar role (1+ year preferred).
- Solid knowledge of smartphone hardware architectures and common components across major brands.
- Experience with diagnostic tools, testing equipment, and, if applicable, micro-soldering techniques.
- Ability to read service manuals and schematics; strong attention to detail and steady hands.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; customer-focused mindset.
- Willingness to learn new devices and repair techniques; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Technical diploma or certificate in electronics or related field; high school diploma with relevant experience also acceptable.
