Kalman Marketing Agency is seeking a proactive Social Media Admin in Denpasar, Bali to manage, grow, and optimize the company's social channels. You will own content calendars, craft compelling copy, and coordinate with design and marketing teams to deliver on-brand campaigns that boost awareness and engagement.
As a Social Media Admin, youâll be responsible for day-to-day posting, community management, analytics, and reporting. Youâll monitor trends, test creative formats, and optimize paid and organic strategies to drive traffic, leads, and customer loyalty. This role is ideal for a data-driven storyteller who loves Bali's vibrant digital scene and can adapt to multiple platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
What youâll do includes developing and executing integrated social media strategies, managing content calendars, responding to comments, and collaborating on creative briefs with designers. Youâll analyze performance metrics, prepare monthly reports, and present insights to stakeholders. Youâll stay current with platform changes, best practices, and competitive landscape to keep Kalman Marketing Agency at the forefront of social media.

Responsibility
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn, aligned with Kalman Marketing Agency's brand voice.
- Manage day-to-day social media activities: scheduling posts, monitoring comments, and responding to inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to boost reach, engagement, follower growth, and lead generation.
- Track, analyze, and report on key metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, CTR), and translate insights into actionable optimizations.
- Coordinate with designers and copywriters to produce high-quality visuals, captions, and stories that resonate with target audiences.
- Foster and manage online communities, respond to feedback, and escalate issues as needed to maintain a positive brand image.
- Stay current with platform updates, trends, and best practices; propose innovative ideas for new formats and content types.
- Support paid social initiatives where needed and help with performance reporting for campaigns.
Qualification
- 1-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferably in an agency or Bali-based business.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills in English and Indonesian, with the ability to adapt tone to different brands.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights, Google Analytics).
- Basic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite; ability to edit images or short videos is a plus.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and optimize content strategy accordingly.
- Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Knowledge of the Indonesian market and Bali region, including local trends and consumer behavior, is a plus.
