Responsibility

  • Develop and execute engaging content strategies for Instagram and TikTok aligned with brand goals.
  • Create original, high-quality short-form videos and visual content to boost audience engagement and awareness.
  • Identify, pitch, and collaborate with KOLs/influencers to expand brand reach and partnership opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm updates, and platform innovations to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) to optimise content effectiveness.
  • Work closely with marketing, design, and operations teams to ensure cohesive brand communications across platforms.
  • Manage and coordinate social media content calendars and campaign schedules.
  • Respond to audience interactions and facilitate meaningful online community engagement.

Qualification

  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience managing social media accounts, particularly Instagram and TikTok, preferably in the F&B or lifestyle sector.
  • Strong video creation, editing, and storytelling skills using mobile and desktop tools.
  • Familiarity with influencer/KOL marketing, partnership outreach, and collaboration management.
