As a Social Media Executive, you will own the end-to-end social media lifecycle—from content planning and calendar management to publishing, monitoring, and reporting. You will optimize content for each platform, tailor messages for different audiences, and adopt best practices for engagement. A strong eye for detail, excellent time management, and a customer-centric mindset are essential to thriving in this fast-paced role. You will also collaborate with designers, copywriters, and external partners to deliver high-quality content on tight deadlines.

Key stakeholder areas include product marketing, client services, and design, giving you exposure to end-to-end campaign management. Responsibility
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and TikTok to build brand presence.
- Create engaging content, copy, and visuals that align with brand voice and campaign objectives.
- Manage the content calendar, plan posts, and schedule publications to maximize reach and engagement.
- Monitor communities, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive online relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams to deliver integrated campaigns and launches.
- Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics; adjust tactics to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Assist with paid social campaigns, budgeting, and optimization to maximize ROI.
Qualification
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1-3 years of hands-on social media management or digital marketing experience.
- Proficiency with major social platforms and analytics tools (Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics).
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to content ideation.
- Experience with paid social advertising and basic budgeting (e.g., Meta Ads Manager).
- Excellent communication, time management, and collaborative teamwork skills.
