We are seeking a results-driven Social Media Lead to elevate Maja Estetika Sejahtera’s online presence across key platforms from our Jakarta location. This role blends strategic thinking, creative storytelling, and data-driven optimization to grow brand awareness, engagement, and conversions in a competitive beauty and wellness market.
As the Social Media Lead, you will own the social content strategy from concept to execution, lead a small content and community team, coordinate with marketing, design, and product teams, and manage relationships with influencers and partners. You will monitor performance, run experiments, and report on ROI to influence wider marketing decisions.
Ideal candidates are fluent in Indonesian and English, with a strong understanding of local trends, platform algorithms, and best practices for multi-channel campaigns. This is a contract role based in Jakarta Selatan with a high degree of autonomy and collaboration.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Lead content calendar, oversee creation of copy, visuals, video, and UGC; ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
- Manage daily social media operations: posting, monitoring, replying to comments and messages, community management.
- Plan and optimize paid campaigns on Meta and other platforms; track ROAS, CAC, CTR; adjust budgets.
- Analyze performance with dashboards; generate monthly reporting; derive insights and actions.
- Build and nurture relationships with influencers, creators, and agency partners; coordinate collaborations.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, design to align campaigns with product launches and promotions.
- Stay current with platform updates, trends, and best practices; propose experiments and pilot new formats.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 4+ years of hands-on social media marketing experience, with proven leadership.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills in Indonesian and English.
- Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
- Experience with content creation and basic video editing; familiar with Canva or Adobe.
- Data-driven mindset; ability to define KPIs, measure results, present to stakeholders; strong communication.
- Ability to work in Jakarta, on-site or hybrid; local market knowledge.
