Spacey Design, a creative studio renowned for turning complex ideas into clear, design-led brands, is hiring a Social Media Manager (Content & Strategy). This full-time role is ideal for someone who blends strategic thinking with hands-on content creation, storytelling, and data-driven optimization. Based in Novaliches, Metro Manila, you will help grow our audience, elevate brand presence, and drive meaningful engagement across social platforms.
In this role, you will lead the social media strategy from concept to execution. Youâll own the editorial calendar, plan multi-format content, and oversee posts that fuse design aesthetics with compelling narratives. Your work will balance storytelling with performance metrics, ensuring content reaches the right audience while delivering measurable results for brand awareness, lead generation, and community growth. Youâll collaborate with designers, copywriters, and video producers to produce authentic, on-brand content that resonates with our target clients and communities.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute a holistic social media strategy across platforms to increase reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Create compelling, on-brand content (copy, visuals, and short-form video) and manage production briefs with designers and videographers.
- Own and maintain the editorial calendar, ensuring timely, relevant, and diverse content aligned with product launches and campaigns.
- Monitor performance using analytics tools, generate reports, and optimize campaigns to improve key metrics (reach, engagement, conversions).
- Engage communities, respond to comments, manage reputational risk, and foster positive brand conversations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure consistency of voice and message.
- Stay updated on platform trends, best practices, and new features; experiment with formats like reels, carousels, stories, and short videos.
Qualification
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on social media management experience, preferably in a creative or design-focused agency or studio.
- Proven ability to craft compelling copy and visuals; strong storytelling and brand voice development.
- Proficiency with social media analytics platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, Google Analytics) and data-driven decision making.
- Experience with content calendar planning, collaboration with design/video teams, and project management skills.
- Knowledge of best practices across major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn) and experience with community management and crisis response.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English; Filipino is a plus; ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
