Embark on a hands-on Social Media Marketing Internship with Tlk Trade Fairs & Events Pte Ltd, a dynamic organizer of premier trade fairs and live experiences. This Part-Time role is ideal for students or recent graduates who are passionate about digital storytelling and event marketing. You will work closely with our marketing team to craft compelling content that captures the energy of our shows—from buzzing crowds to delectable food moments and behind-the-scenes action.
As a Social Media Marketing Intern, you’ll gain exposure to the full cycle of social media campaigns for live events, including planning, filming, editing, posting, and performance analysis. The focus will be on creating trendy TikTok and Instagram Reels that resonate with our audience while maintaining brand integrity across channels.
What you’ll do:
- Plan and produce short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other platforms that showcase event vibes, products, and crowd energy.
- Collaborate with event teams, photographers, and designers to deliver on-brand visuals and copy.
- Monitor post performance, track engagement metrics, and contribute ideas to improve reach and resonance.
- Write clear, concise captions and context that enrich visuals and storytelling.
- Assist with content calendars, posting schedules, and everyday social media management.
- Engage with online followers in a professional, friendly manner and moderate conversations as needed.
- Stay ahead of platform trends and propose creative campaigns for upcoming fairs and exhibitions.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Strong interest in TikTok and Instagram Reels; basic filming and editing skills.
- Proficiency with basic video editing tools (for example CapCut, InShot, or similar).
- Excellent writing and editing abilities with an eye for detail and tone.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable internet access and a schedule that allows for 2–3 days per week presence.
- Curiosity about event marketing and live experiences, with a proactive, can-do attitude.
