We are seeking a results-driven Social Media Specialist to join Private Advertiser in Kamuning, Metro Manila. This role is ideal for a creative thinker who can craft compelling content, manage inquiries, and drive engagement across multiple platforms. You will become a key member of the marketing team, shaping how our brand speaks to audiences online.
As a core contributor to our growth strategy, you will own the social presence, respond to inquiries via online channels and phone calls, and help schedule client engagements and appointments. You will partner with sales and product teams to amplify campaigns, protect the brand voice, and deliver measurable impact.
Responsibilities cover developing a content calendar, publishing posts, monitoring conversations, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing the social strategy to grow followers, increase website traffic, and generate qualified leads. You should be comfortable with daily tools for scheduling, listening, and reporting, and stay ahead of platform changes to keep our brand at the forefront of digital marketing.

Responsibility
- Develop, curate, and publish engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok) with a consistent brand voice.
- Monitor social channels for inquiries, comments, and messages; respond promptly and professionally to support customer service goals.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, including content calendars, posting schedules, and budget optimization.
- Engage with communities to grow followers, drive website traffic, and generate leads while maintaining brand integrity.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align campaigns with product launches and promotions.
- Analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, clicks) and prepare insights reports with actionable recommendations.
- Manage online reputation and assist with crisis communications when needed; monitor trends and respond to emerging opportunities.
- Stay current on platform updates and industry best practices; propose innovative formats and creative ideas.
Qualification
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, preferably in a digital marketing environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; bilingual abilities (Filipino) are a plus.
- Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Facebook Insights, Google Analytics).
- Strong understanding of content strategy, branding, storytelling, and audience targeting.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop or similar) are a plus; comfort with multimedia creation is preferred.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and adjust strategies accordingly; strong problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative team player with good time management and organizational abilities.
