Responsibility
- Source and evaluate machining suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely and quality supply of machining components
- Optimize sourcing strategies to drive cost efficiency and operational excellence
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand machining requirements and specifications
- Monitor and analyze market trends and industry developments in precision machining
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in sourcing and supplier management within the precision machining industry
- Strong knowledge of machining processes and materials
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively
