BF Jade E-Services Philippines is seeking a motivated and analytical Senior Associate for Fulfillment Strategy to join our operations team. In this role you will analyze fulfillment data, map end to end processes, and identify bottlenecks that affect cycle time and accuracy. You will own and monitor key performance indicators such as order cycle time, on time shipments, picking and packing efficiency, and inventory accuracy. Your insights will drive practical changes from optimization of layouts and routing to system enhancements. You will partner with logistics, warehousing, procurement and IT to implement changes and measure outcomes.

Responsibility
- Analyze fulfillment operations data to identify inefficiencies and opportunities and track KPI performance to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with logistics warehousing procurement and technology teams to optimize order flow and capacity planning.
- Define and monitor KPIs such as order cycle time on time shipments pick rate inventory accuracy and forecast accuracy.
- Lead projects to streamline order processing warehouse layouts and inventory management to improve service levels.
- Develop standard operating procedures process maps and training materials for fulfillment processes.
- Conduct scenario analysis and capacity planning for peak seasons and promotional periods.
- Partner with continuous improvement initiatives and implement Lean or Six Sigma inspired improvements.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Operations Management Business or related field.
- 2 to 6 years of experience in fulfillment logistics or operations analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and experience with SQL and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Familiarity with ERP and WMS systems and knowledge of e commerce fulfillment operations.
- Excellent communication and cross functional collaboration skills with ability to influence stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment and manage competing priorities.
