Join Private Advertiser's Regional Shared Services Centre as a Senior HR Associate. In this nine-month fixed-term role, you will partner with HR colleagues across regions to streamline people processes, ensure data integrity, and deliver a superior employee experience. You will support the full spectrum of HR operations from onboarding to offboarding, ensure consistent application of policies, and help scale our shared services model in a fast-growing organization. Day-to-day you will manage core activities such as maintaining accurate personnel records, coordinating payroll-related tasks, benefits administration, and leave management. You will generate regular HR metrics, monitor service levels, and collaborate with recruitment, payroll, and talent teams to ensure timely, policy-aligned outcomes. The role requires a proactive communicator who can translate complex policy into practical guidance for managers and employees while safeguarding confidential information.

Responsibility
- Provide end-to-end HR operational support for the Regional Shared Services Centre, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee data maintenance in the HRIS.
- Coordinate payroll-related activities, leave administration, and benefits onboarding with local partners to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Maintain data integrity across HR systems, generate routine reports, and ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in talent management processes such as performance reviews, learning and development tracking, and succession planning where applicable.
- Partner with recruitment, facilities, and payroll teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve inquiries from employees and managers.
- Handle employee relations inquiries with professionalism, providing guidance and escalating issues as needed to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Identify and implement process improvements to standardize HR operations across the Shared Services footprint and regional teams.
- Support cross-functional projects and data-driven initiatives to optimize efficiency and employee experience.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of HR operations or Shared Services experience, preferably in a regional or multinational environment.
- Experience using HRIS systems and data analytics; strong attention to detail and data privacy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws, payroll processes, and compliance requirements; regional exposure is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to create clear reports and dashboards.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and work effectively in a diverse, cross-functional team.
