Responsibility
- Lead full lifecycle project management for luxury residential developments, from feasibility and design to construction and handover.
- Develop and manage project scope, milestones, schedules, budgets, and risk registers; monitor performance and drive corrective actions.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, interior designers, contractors, and suppliers; ensure integration of disciplines and value engineering where appropriate.
- Oversee procurement, contract administration, change management, and vendor performance; ensure compliance with governance and safety standards.
- Drive stakeholder communications with executives, investors, clients, and local authorities; prepare progress reports and dashboards.
- Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and sustainability targets across every phase of the build.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with PMO and commercial teams to optimize delivery and value for luxury projects.
- Mentor and develop junior project managers and site teams; promote best practices and continuous improvement.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related field; Master's preferred.
- Minimum 7-10 years of progressive project management experience in real estate, construction, or luxury residential sectors.
- Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent is preferred.
- Proven leadership ability, strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with project management and scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera, BIM software, etc.) and ERP/CRM systems.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English; ability to present to executive-level audiences.
- Knowledge of Indonesian building codes, safety regulations, and permit processes.
