Asticom is seeking a Sr. Recruitment Personnel (Project Based) to join our dynamic HR team in Manila. In this contract role, you will shape top talent pipelines and lead full-cycle recruitment for tech growth. You will partner with hiring managers, design compelling job descriptions, and implement sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates for engineering, product, data, and IT operations roles. This role offers remote flexibility and a fast-paced, collaborative environment, ideal for a seasoned recruiter who can manage multiple openings while upholding the highest standards of candidate experience.

You will champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in sourcing, maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, and provide insights to improve hiring outcomes. Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for software engineers, data scientists, product managers, and IT operations roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to refine job descriptions, define success profiles, and establish realistic timelines.
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, JobStreet, Kalibrr, referrals, and tech communities.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial screenings, coordinate technical interviews and assessments.
  • Manage candidate experience from outreach to offer, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
  • Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) and report insights to hiring stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, company policies, and onboarding requirements; coordinate with HR for smooth onboarding.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in tech or IT sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and contractor hiring guidelines in the Philippines.
  • Proficiency with ATS and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Kalibrr, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced, contract-based environment.
  • Remote/hybrid work experience and strong time management.
