PERSOL is seeking a Contract Sourcing and Recruiting Specialist cum TA Coordinator to join our team in the East Region. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent to meet our staffing needs.
Responsibility
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies
- Screen and interview candidates
- Coordinate with hiring managers
- Manage job postings and applicant tracking
- Collaborate with HR team on recruitment initiatives
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience in recruiting and sourcing candidates
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
