Join B-Mirk Enterprises Corporation, a dynamic player in manufacturing, transport and logistics, as a Stock Custodian in Taguig City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be the guardian of our stockroom, ensuring accuracy, security, and timely availability of materials to support production and distribution.
Key responsibilities include maintaining precise inventory records, performing regular cycle counts, and coordinating with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure smooth material flow. You will receive and inspect stock, document variances, and implement proper storage, labeling, and FIFO/LIFO practices to minimize losses. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to safety and compliance.

Qualifications and requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent (additional warehousing coursework or certifications are a plus), 1-2 years of warehouse or inventory control experience, proficiency with data entry and ERP/WMS systems, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is advantageous. This position is based in Taguig and may require physical activity and flexible shifts. Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming stock against purchase orders and packing lists; document variances and report discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP/WMS; perform regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Safeguard warehouse stock by applying proper storage, labeling, and handling procedures; enforce FIFO/LIFO as required.
- Operate, organize, and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient stockroom environment; follow housekeeping standards and safety policies.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and shipping teams to ensure timely material availability and accurate transfers between locations.
- Prepare stock reports, variances, and assist with monthly/annual inventory audits and physical counts.
- Identify and escalate discrepancies, damaged items, or process gaps; implement corrective actions.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; pursuing related coursework or certifications is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in warehousing, inventory control, or stock custody.
- Proficiency with data entry and ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities; able to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, email, documentation) and ability to generate reports.
- Willingness to work in Taguig, with flexible shifts and physical readiness for warehouse tasks.
