Asia Brewery Incorporated is seeking a detail-driven Stock Custodian to join our Pasig City warehouse team. In this role, you will safeguard inventory accuracy, maintain clean and organized storage areas, and support production and distribution with reliable stock control. As a Stock Custodian, you will ensure proper receiving, storage, and issuing of goods, monitor inflows and outflows, and maintain accurate records in our inventory system. You will collaborate with warehouse colleagues and cross-functional teams to ensure product availability and minimize discrepancies, supporting smooth operations across our beverage manufacturing and distribution network.

Performance in this role will be measured by inventory accuracy, timely processing of goods, and adherence to safety and quality standards. Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods with proper labeling and FIFO as applicable
- Perform accurate manual checks and stock counts to maintain up-to-date inventory records
- Monitor inflows and outflows of products; update stock levels in the inventory system
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized storage areas to optimize space and safety
- Prepare items for production, shipment, or promotions with correct documentation
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to reconcile discrepancies and expedite replenishment
- Assist with cycle counts and periodic inventory audits, reporting variances promptly
- Adhere to safety, quality, and company policies at all times
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse or stock control experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Basic math skills and comfortable with data entry and record-keeping
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficient in using basic inventory software or ERP systems; willingness to learn
- Good communication and teamwork abilities; able to coordinate with multiple departments
- Physical stamina to perform light to moderate lifting and long periods of standing
