Responsibility
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Provide product knowledge and answer questions to help customers make informed choices
- Process purchases accurately using the POS system and handle payments
- Maintain clean, organized store and stock areas including shelves, counters, and displays
- Replenish stock, tag pricing, and ensure clear signage for promotions
- Assist with inventory checks and regular stock counts
- Collaborate with team to achieve daily and weekly store goals
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate loads
- Basic math and cash handling skills with attention to detail
- Team player with a proactive attitude and reliability
- Fluency in local language; willingness to learn English or enhance language skills
