Brenton International Venture Manufacturing Corporation is seeking a proactive Store Custodian to join our retail team in Tarlac City. This full-time role blends leadership with hands-on store execution to achieve sales volume targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will be the face of our brand, guiding customers through their shopping journey and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to value, quality, and service.
As a Store Custodian, you will lead daily store operations, mentor and supervise frontline staff, and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability. You will collaborate with merchandising and inventory teams to guarantee products are well-presented, correctly priced, and readily available. Your focus on operational excellence will help maintain a clean, compliant, and safe store environment that aligns with Brenton standards and brand values.
We are seeking a customer-focused communicator with a proven track record in retail or sales leadership, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. In addition, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, evaluating staffing requirements, overseeing promotions, and ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and loss-prevention procedures. You will prepare regular performance reports, share insights with regional management, and participate in continual process improvements that uplift store results.
Responsibility
- Lead daily store operations and execute sales initiatives to achieve monthly targets.
- Coach and supervise frontline staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high store engagement.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with supply chain to prevent stockouts and overstock.
- Ensure accurate cash handling, POS operations, and adherence to cash-handling policies.
- Maintain compelling visual merchandising and ensure shelves are clean, organized, and properly priced.
- Analyze sales data, identify trends, and prepare performance reports for management.
- Enforce store policies, health and safety standards, and loss prevention measures.
- Collaborate with promotions and marketing teams to execute in-store campaigns and promotions.
Qualification
- 2+ years of retail experience in store leadership or supervisory roles
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into action
- Proficient in POS systems and basic inventory software
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Problem-solving, reliability, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English and Filipino; strong interpersonal skills
