Goldilocks Bakeshop is seeking a results-driven Store Manager for our busy Baguio City location. In this role, you will supervise frontline teams, manage scheduling and training, monitor inventory, and ensure accurate cash handling and POS operations. Responsibility

  • Lead daily store operations to ensure high service standards, fresh products, and consistent quality across all touchpoints.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and supervise store staff; schedule shifts and manage performance to maintain a motivated, productive team.
  • Monitor inventory levels, receive deliveries, manage stock rotation, and minimize waste while controlling costs.
  • Oversee POS transactions, cash handling, and daily reconciliations to ensure accuracy and loss prevention.
  • Drive sales growth by implementing promotions, upselling techniques, and visual merchandising strategies that enhance the customer experience.
  • Uphold Goldilocks’ food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards; ensure compliance with health regulations and company policies.
  • Develop strong vendor relationships, coordinate promotions with suppliers, and ensure product availability and display excellence.
  • Analyze store performance metrics, develop action plans, and communicate results to regional leadership to optimize profitability.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, retail management, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience in store leadership.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory or store-management experience in a bakery, retail, or food-service environment.
  • Proven leadership and coaching abilities with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and conflict-resolution skills; ability to handle challenging situations with composure.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, proficient with POS systems, cash handling, and inventory management.
  • Solid knowledge of food safety, sanitation guidelines, and HACCP principles; willingness to ensure compliance at all times.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays; ability to work in Baguio City or nearby locations.
