Based in Tagaytay City, Cavite, you will partner with regional leadership to execute company strategies, optimize inventory, and implement compelling merchandising that showcases our products. You will manage staffing, scheduling, coaching, and performance feedback, ensuring adherence to cash handling, loss prevention, and safety protocols. Your ability to analyze sales data, monitor KPIs, and respond quickly to business needs will help GOLDEN ABC achieve its financial targets while delivering an outstanding guest experience.

Responsibility
- Lead daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and POS management to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Drive sales performance by implementing promotions, optimizing product placement, and delivering excellent customer service to meet store objectives.
- Recruit, train, coach, and schedule store staff; conduct performance reviews and foster a high-performing team culture.
- Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, shrinkage control, and accurate stock reconciliation.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards, cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Analyze sales data and KPI trends, prepare reports for regional leadership, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with suppliers and regional teams to execute campaigns, maintain stock availability, and manage budgeting within store operations.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field OR equivalent retail supervisory experience.
- Proven leadership experience in a retail environment, with a track record of achieving sales and service targets.
- Strong customer focus, communication, and coaching skills; ability to motivate teams and resolve conflicts.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, manage budgets, and optimize stock levels.
- Proficiency with POS systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Office; comfortable with technology-driven processes.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as required in retail.
- Good organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and a proactive, can-do attitude.
