The Store Operations Executive at Carousell plays a crucial role in the successful management of all devices purchased from customers. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all devices are properly processed and prepared for resale, contributing to the seamless functioning of the store operations department.
Responsibility
- Inspect and evaluate devices received from customers
- Perform necessary repairs or refurbishments on devices
- Coordinate with other departments for device testing and quality assurance
- Maintain accurate records of device processing and inventory
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding device handling
Qualification
- Previous experience in a similar role within the retail or consumer products industry
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
