Responsibility
- Greet customers warmly and assess their needs, providing tailored product recommendations.
- Explain features, benefits, and specifications of tech products; demonstrate usage when possible.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system; upsell accessories and warranties where appropriate.
- Maintain attractive, organized product displays; ensure shelves are replenished and price tags are current.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock replenishment, and report low-stock items.
- Handle cash, returns, and exchanges professionally while adhering to store policies.
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve daily and monthly sales targets and contribute to KPI goals.
- Uphold store cleanliness, safety, and security standards and provide excellent customer service at all times.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or related coursework is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English and Filipino is a plus.
- Basic math and cash-handling abilities; comfortable with POS systems.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
- Passion for technology or consumer electronics and willingness to learn product features quickly.
