Join Hiranand Group as a Store Supervisor in Makati City and lead our Frozen Yogurt brand to deliver smiles with every scoop. In this role, you will oversee daily store operations, supervise a small team, and ensure that service, cleanliness, and product quality meet the highest standards.
You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, coaching team members, and maintaining consistent Frozen Yogurt standards across all shifts. You will also manage opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS transactions with accuracy, while monitoring sales performance and stock levels.
As a key member of our retail operations, you will ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines, sanitation protocols, and FIFO inventory practices. You will partner with suppliers for timely stock replenishment, merchandise presentation, and promotional set-ups that drive sales and enhance the guest experience.
The ideal candidate exhibits strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric mindset. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks, and coaching staff to achieve store KPIs. Responsibility
- Lead daily store operations and supervise a small team across shifts
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain product quality and Frozen Yogurt standards; ensure hygiene and sanitization
- Manage opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and POS reconciliation
- Monitor inventory, stock replenishment, shrinkage, and vendor relationships
- Drive sales through upselling, promotions, visual merchandising, and guest experience
- Enforce health, safety, and cleanliness policies and ensure regulatory compliance
Qualification
- 1-3 years of experience in store supervision or retail management, preferably in F&B or quick-service
- Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service orientation with problem-solving ability
- Proficient in cash handling, POS systems, and basic financial reconciliation
- Solid understanding of inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling including weekends
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree is a plus
