Responsibility
- Lead daily store operations and supervise sales associates to meet or exceed targets.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, handle escalations, and ensure a memorable shopping experience.
- Achieve sales targets and monitor key performance indicators (KPI) for the store.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and participate in cycle counts and loss prevention.
- Oversee visual merchandising and ensure products are attractively displayed per brand standards.
- Coach, train, and develop team members; schedule shifts to optimize coverage.
- Maintain accurate cash handling and POS operations, with adherence to company policies.
- Collaborate with regional teams on promotions, events, and marketing campaigns.
Qualification
- Minimum 1-2 years of retail supervisory or team lead experience, preferably in tech/electronics retail.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, and basic retail metrics.
- Strong leadership abilities, with experience in coaching and performance management.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of store operations, merchandising, and inventory control.
- Familiarity with Power Mac Center products or Apple ecosystem is a plus.
