Responsibility

  • Lead daily store operations and supervise sales associates to meet or exceed targets.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, handle escalations, and ensure a memorable shopping experience.
  • Achieve sales targets and monitor key performance indicators (KPI) for the store.
  • Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and participate in cycle counts and loss prevention.
  • Oversee visual merchandising and ensure products are attractively displayed per brand standards.
  • Coach, train, and develop team members; schedule shifts to optimize coverage.
  • Maintain accurate cash handling and POS operations, with adherence to company policies.
  • Collaborate with regional teams on promotions, events, and marketing campaigns.

Qualification

  • Minimum 1-2 years of retail supervisory or team lead experience, preferably in tech/electronics retail.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, and basic retail metrics.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with experience in coaching and performance management.
