As the guardian of stock and fuel inventory, you will ensure safe storage, accurate stock movements, and reliable deliveries that keep production and logistics running smoothly. In this position, you will collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely receipt of materials, proper inventory control, and accurate record-keeping. You will use our inventory systems to track stock levels, perform regular cycle counts, and coordinate with suppliers and internal customers. Responsibility

  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and goods, with a focus on fuel inventory safety and accuracy.
  • Maintain precise stock records and perform regular cycle counts and reconciliations.
  • Track stock movements using barcode systems or ERP/WMS software and reconcile discrepancies promptly.
  • Organize warehouse layout for safe, efficient storage and easy access to materials.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Prepare and manage documentation (GRN, transfer notes, stock adjustments) and ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
  • Monitor expiry dates, implement FIFO procedures, and safeguard inventory integrity.
  • Assist with basic forklift operations and manual handling as required, while adhering to safety standards.

Qualification

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in warehousing or inventory management are a plus.
  • 1-2 years of storekeeping, warehousing, or logistics experience, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG sectors.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Familiarity with inventory control systems, ERP/WMS, and basic MS Office skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret shipping documents, purchase orders, and BOMs.
  • Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills; reliable and physically capable of light to moderate lifting.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
  • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain, if required by the site.
